What we ate: Tortilla de Patatas “New Way”, Japanese Taco, Ceviche Caliente, Philly Cheesesteak, Hilly Cheesesteak, Morels in Cream, California Cone, Cotton Candy Foie Gras, Dashi Linguini.
What we drank: The Ultimate Gin & Tonic, Liquid Cherry Manhattan, “Salt Air” Margarita and “Magic” Mojito.
The best part about eating here is the experience. José has taken familiar dishes and transformed them into something new, unrecognizable, excitingly different and yet still reminiscent of the original dish. My best advice is to go hungry and save room for the chocolate hazelnut croissant for dessert + a gin and tonic night cap (no shame here).
