Peanut Butter Cookie Brownies

How to make:

Use your favorite brownie recipe as the base for this recipe. Once you have made the brownie batter, you can make the peanut butter cookie dough.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup white sugar

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup butter, softened

1/2 cup smooth peanut butter

1/4 cup flour

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp baking soda

Directions:

Mix both sugars, butter, and peanut butter together in a bowl. Add flour, salt and baking soda and mix to combine.

Roll cookie dough into small balls and put on top of brownie batter. Bake according to brownie directions. Add a few minutes to the baking time to account for the cookie dough.
