From the moment you walk into Hinoki and the Bird you feel as if you have stumbled upon something special. The design captures your attention and the ambience envelops you; inviting you to a unique dining experience.
The menu: we started with the Harajuku cocktail, sato imo arancini and a spinach burrata salad with kumquat dressing. For our main course we chose roasted yam with crème fraiche, grilled mushrooms with sea salt and lime, and the hinoki scented black cod that was insanely good. We finished with matcha green tea ice cream.
