On nights when you can’t fathom cooking after work, it is crucial to have a handful of go-to restaurants that you can rely on. I recently tried this plant-based Thai restaurant, Satdha and really enjoyed my meal, despite being dubious of plant-based Thai.
My favorite two dishes were the Mung Bean Croquettes and Kow Mun Kai (garlic and shallot flavored brown rice with oyster mushrooms, yuba and fermented black bean sauce).
