This was my first time trying Scopa for brunch. It has a much more laid back vibe than their dinner scene and the eggs are pretty dreamy accompanied by grilled bread. We tried the eggs poached with polenta, fried with white beans & tomato and finally in frittata form with potatoes. I would go with the polenta and poached eggs on my second visit. The gin fizz (pictured below) is a great way to kick off the weekend.
